Vauché Generations: A Family History [Interviews]

Générations Vauché is a series of interviews between Pierre-Yves Vauché and Stéphane Vauché. Through eight episodes, they recount their careers and discuss the evolution of Vauché.

A shift towards recycling

When Pierre-Yves Vauché joined the company, it primarily worked in general metal fabrication. However, the company evolved rapidly. In 1970, it opened a design office. Then, in 1976, Pierre-Yves Vauché took over its management, succeeding his father, Pierre-Henri Vauché. Subsequently, in 1981, he steered the company towards the design of waste sorting equipment. This choice proved decisive, enabling the company to become a recognized player in the sector.

A new generation

Subsequently, Stéphane Vauché oversaw the company’s transformation. He notably developed the digital transition and strengthened the engineering activity. Over the years, several major projects were launched, particularly with SUEZ. Today, the company operates in France and internationally.

A company focused on the future

For over 165 years, the company has relied on skilled teams. Together, they contribute to its growth. Furthermore, the company develops solutions dedicated to reuse. It offers high-performance refurbished equipment, consistent with its environmental commitments.
