Climate Fresk : bringing people together and raise awareness.
This Tuesday morning, our employees participated in the Climate Fresk workshop. This exercise allowed them to better understand the origins of global warming. They also discovered its current consequences and the different possible scenarios for the future.
An exchange with our speaker then allowed us to discuss possible actions. Participants discussed both individual and collective solutions.
The Climate Fresk is a non-profit organization (under the French law of 1901) created in December 2018. It aims to raise awareness of climate issues among different audiences. The workshop is based on 42 cards that present the causes and consequences of climate change. Participants must connect these cards using causal links.
Today, the workshop is used in many countries and has been translated into more than 45 languages. The results of the IPCC’s work are presented in a clear and engaging way. Working in a group facilitates discussion and understanding of the issues.
Many thanks to Jean-Christophe Bajoit, from ABGi France. His intervention enabled us to calculate our carbon footprint and to lead this workshop within our company.
