OUR POSITIONS TO BE FILLED

Under the responsibility of the Chief Operating Officer, and closely with the design office and the purchasing, commercial, manufacturing, and quality department, the fitter-setter will :

ACTIVITIES / RESPONSABILITIES

  • Ensure the adjustment of machines to optimize their performance
  • Make the modifications established by the design office or the after-sales service
  • Troubleshoot equipment under warranty or after-sales service
  • Ensure the processing of the customer reserve list
  • Disassemble/assemble small sorting facilities
  • Report regularly on the progress of the project and the diffi culties encountered to the project manager and the various stakeholders
  • Check the effectiveness of its action and the proper functioning before departure of the customer site
  • Perform checks according to the assembly plans

REQUIRED PROFILE

  • Solid experience in the field of construction
  • Mastery of the regulations in Hygiene, Safety, Environment
  • Mastery of reading industrial plans
  • Mastery of slinging and lifting methods
  • Meticulous, rigorous, autonomous
  • Holding of CACES R 389-3 / CACES R 386-3B

Under the responsibility of the Chief Operating Officer, and in connection with the design, manufacturing, quality, administrative, after-sales, general management departments, with suppliers and subcontractors, the Purchasing Manager will :

ACTIVITIES / RESPONSABILITIES

 
Purchases
 
  • Establishes the general terms and conditions of purchase of the company in relation to management.
  • Annually establishes the supplier rating and takes appropriate action based on the established rating.
  • Supervises purchase requests issued by: design office, workshop, after-sales service and quality.
  • Selects and chooses suppliers, by trade shows, couriers, meetings, visits and based on the list of approved suppliers.
  • Negotiate with the most appropriate supplier for supply.
  • Oversees specific specifications and procurement specifications with project managers.
  • Negotiates annual prices for certain categories of purchases.
  • Consult suppliers (comparative tables).
  • Manages orders in terms of price and lead time.
  • Supervises the verification of supplier invoices in terms of maturity, amount and computer entry.
  • Manages large subcontracting (electricity, assembly).
  • Negotiates annual prices for certain categories of purchases.
  • Consult suppliers (comparative tables).
 
Supplies
 
  • Develops supplies and negotiates annual contracts.
 
Quality
 
  • Participates in the development of departmental documents and procedures.
  • Applies procedures and proposes improvements.
  • Provides assessment and monitoring of approved suppliers.
  • Performs internal audits and is a lead member of the quality committee for the purchasing process.
 
Budget
 
  • Establishes and monitors procurement indicators.
 
Shipments
 
  • Supervises the transports in relation to the project manager and the workshop (land, sea, air, exceptional,…).
 
Miscellaneous
 
  • Validates the department’s work time scores.
  • Checks expense reports, service travel.

  • Ensures the operation of the purchasing department according to the areas: purchases, supplies, quality, time, budget, stocks and shipments/transports.

Under the responsibility of the ABR Manager, and in connection with project, purchasing, manufacturing
and accounting services, the service technician will :

ACTIVITIES / RESPONSABILITIES

  • Complete all or part of the 3D details under the instructions of the ABR business manager and/or the department manager.
  • Make assembly plans, general plans and installation of equipment on site.
  • Establish and manage the standard spare parts catalogue.
  • Receive customer requests for : spare parts supply, minor changes to the sorting centre, service and other warranty interventions.
  • Depending on the complexity of the request, ensure the costing of the services and establish the quotation including in the answers made to the calls for tenders by the commercial department under the supervision of the ABR manager.
  • Follow up the ABR business entrusted to it (planning, resource mobilization, supplier
    monitoring, etc.) until receipt of work and is responsible for maintaining the balance between compliance, cost and time of its small businesses.
  • Ensure the administration of validated orders: registration, validation of invoices,
    transport/ customs documents….
  • Ensure customer relationship.

REQUIRED PROFILE

  • Beginner accepted
  • Proficiency in CAD design software such as SolidWorks
  • Expertise in mechanics and sheet metal
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Under the responsibility of the operational director, and in connection with the design office, purchasing, commercial, manufacturing, quality, and research and development, the site manager will :

ACTIVITIES / RESPONSABILITIES

  • Follow up with the project manager of the assembly schedule
  • Supervise the assembly of equipment in compliance with quality and deadlines
  • Report regularly on the progress of the project and the diffi culties encountered to the project manager and the various stakeholders
  • Ensure the availability of equipment on the assembly site
  • Follow the subcontractor assemblers
  • Assist the project manager at site meetings as the company representative regarding assembly
  • Responsible for obtaining the completion report (with the project manager)
  • Assist in industrial testing, development and commissioning
  • Supervise or ensure the safety coordinator function during the construction phase
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of working methods
  • Perform checks according to the assembly plans

REQUIRED PROFILE

  • Significant experience in a similar role
  • Mastery of reading industrial plans
  • Autonomous, dynamic and responsive
  • Ability to adapt, communicate, analyze and synthesize
