The CEFR’s primary objective is to bring together French companies active across all sectors of the recycling industry. For example, the association unites research and development laboratories, engineering firms, system integrators, and manufacturers of waste processing and recovery equipment. This diverse range of stakeholders fosters innovation within the sector. Furthermore, it facilitates collaboration among members to improve the performance and efficiency of recycling solutions.
Furthermore, member companies actively participate in the reindustrialization of the region. They also contribute to job creation in the industrial sector. Thus, their commitment strengthens both the circular economy and French industrial dynamism.
Team2 – Environmental Technologies Applied to Materials and Materials – created CEFR. This national competitiveness cluster is entirely dedicated to the circular economy and recycling. It structures its actions around five strategic business areas (SBAs):
strategic metals and rare earths
organic matter
minerals, construction waste, and polluted sites and soils
French recycling equipment manufacturers and engineering firms
innovative circular economy loops
Furthermore, the cluster regularly showcases its members. It organizes conferences, meetings, and seminars. In addition, it promotes their work through its social media presence, particularly on LinkedIn.
