Establishment of the Vauché establishments by Victor II Vauché (Floing – Ardennes): the company is then a boiler shop specializing in the manufacture of articles for brewery.
Its activity lies in construction.
The Baudelot refrigerants won a silver medal at the Universal Exhibition in Paris: built by the Vauché workshops, they allowed a rapid cooling of the beer.
Move to its current premises in Sedan. The company reorients its activity towards mechanical welding and the production of special machines.
Creation of the design office : this marks a transition towards the development of design at Vauché.
Conversion of the company in the design and construction of equipment for waste treatment. This year will see the first sorting centre created by the company: it is located in Belgium.
Birth of the subsidiary Vauché Bioma Italia: the company exports abroad.
Direction taken by Stéphane Vauché – sixth generation.
Construction of the largest sorting center ever designed by the company: it is a household waste centre, located in Qatar, with 750,000 tons of waste sorted per year.
Construction of Hydrobudowa, sorting and composting centre, in Poland: the capacity of the site is 210,000 tons per year.
Vauché realizes Ecourbis, Brazil’s largest selective collection sorting centre, with 80,000 tons of waste sorted per year.

We know how to venture on various paths : selective collection, household waste, AED, clinker, infectious waste, construction-SRF, wood, metals… , and we are open to all solid waste.
We can also adapt to the laws of other countries to carry out your projects abroad. Our only limit ? Infinity !
Headquartered in Sedan and subsidiary in Italy
Vauché Bioma Italia ensures a considerable presence in Italy, with more than 20 sorting centres built in 28 years.
Thanks to our Italian representatives, Vauché ensures sorting centers that comply with Italian legislation and a thorough knowledge of the Italian market. Our Italian representatives provide commercial support and supervision of construction sites on Italian soil, while we design and assemble our equipment in our French offices.

Aware of its role to play in the environment or social, the company has undertaken various actions, going beyond its contribution to the circular economy through its activity.
The use of energy saving technologies
To limit its impact on the environment, Vauché uses LED bulbs in its offices. With this choice, it is a consumption of electricity divided by ten compared to an incandescent light, and by six or eight for a halogen light (source: UFC Que Choisir).
Its involvement in local sport
Since December 2023, Vauché has supported the U11 team of Theux FC (Charleville). We share common values with this sport: we carry the importance of cooperation in a team, respect between teammates and from the outside, the audacity and willingness to always go higher, and the commitment to lead a project (or here, a game !) to term. Also, we believe in this new generation more sensitive to environmental and ecological causes : it is to ensure them a more circular world that we carry out our activity.
Involvement with employees for their well-being at work
Throughout the year, various cohesion events are organized to ensure a friendly working atmosphere, and strengthen the links between everyone: Team Building summer (barbecue, escape game, karting…), St Eloi, Galette des Rois, Christmas Sweater… Any opportunity is good to seize to give a pleasant moment to each member of the company, and make their work environment a healthy, welcoming and human environment ! And of course, what would be a festive occasion (birthdays, arrivals, etc.) without its croissants and chocolate bread in the morning !
In addition, in August 2023, our relaxation room opened its doors. . It is the place where our cohesion events take place when we organize them in our premises, and daily, our employees meet there for lunch, and have the opportunity to continue chatting in comfortable chairs, until the resumption of work !
Support for people far from work
Vauché is a member of the association GEIQ des Ardennes (Employers’ association for integration and qualification). Through its commitment, Vauché supports the return to employment of young people without qualifications or far from the job, to allow them a professional reintegration. . The objective is to enable these isolated groups to obtain a first-level qualification during a period of 6 to 24 months, to enable them to acquire knowledge and skills that will open up access to the labour market, and even better, a job in the training company. We strongly support this initiative: everyone has the right to return to work regardless of their life, professional or academic background.
