However, the company evolved rapidly. In 1970, it opened a design office. Then, in 1976, Pierre-Yves Vauch\u00e9 took over its management, succeeding his father, Pierre-Henri Vauch\u00e9. Subsequently, in 1981, he steered the company towards the design of waste sorting equipment. This choice proved decisive, enabling the company to become a recognized player in the sector.       <\/p><h2 data-section-id=\"1uj8cwv\" data-start=\"1016\" data-end=\"1042\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18pt; color: #4fa600;\">A new generation<\/span><\/strong><\/h2><p data-start=\"1044\" data-end=\"1225\">Subsequently, St\u00e9phane Vauch\u00e9 oversaw the company&#8217;s transformation. He notably developed the digital transition and strengthened the engineering activity. Over the years, several major projects were launched, particularly with SUEZ.
