Steel box equipped with an inclined bottom, made up of 2 mobile perforated iron sheets mounted on 2 crankshafts. One or two gear motors control the movement to allow for the gap between the two sheets that are side by side.
3 fans create a laminar flow to improve the separation of the flat bodies.
The inclination of the steel box is variable.
This equipment allows the separation of a flow in 3 fractions:
The flat bodies that rise to the surface
The containers that bounce and fall downward
The fines that go through the iron sheet and are collected at the bottom of the machine
This separator can be equipped with a vibrating conveyor in order to dispatch the product across the width of the apparatus.
