Consists of a sheet metal box in which 3 rotors and 4 shafts are installed:
A large principal rotor composed of
7 reinforced steel toothed discs
(50 mm thick and 1100mm in diameter),
Two rotors
composed of
8 reinforced steel toothed discs
(54 mm thick and 560 mm in diameter) turning in the opposite direction,
Four directional shafts with 8 claws each(30 mm thick).
It is equipped with a dismountable feeding hopper and belt and chain extractor in order to remove products once the bags have been opened.
Mounted on an ampli roll cradle.
This equipment is based on the same principle as the stationary bag opener. It can be moved in according to requirements.
