This equipment is made up of:

• a mobile welded sheet iron box with a perforated bottom sheet
• an air box to help the flow of items to be separated. This box has 2 locked wide lateral maintenance doors.
• a hood placed at the top that catches light flying objects.
• a feeding hopper at the bottom of the catchment hood
• 2 hoppers on each side at the bottom of the box (1 for heavy objects, the other for light objects)

The whole equipment is maintained by a suspension arm and put in vibration by a motorized crank rod.

This equipment allows the densimetric sorting of product flow by dry method. The number of fractions can be variable between 2 and 4:

• the ultra light fraction
• the light fraction
• the heavy fraction
• the ultra heavy fraction

The light fraction goes down by gravity and the heavy fraction goes up by rebound action.

Adapted to the most delicate separations, this equipment is used principally for the refining of compost, rubbles, minerals...
